reason why many New Year’s resolutions never come true. It is easy said than done.
However, I am in love with the notion of flow. It is defined as “a state of concentration or complete absorption with the
activity at hand and the situation. The idea of flow is identical to the feeling of being in the zone or in the groove.
This is a feeling everyone has at times, characterized by a feeling of great absorption, engagement, fulfillment, and
skill—and during which temporal concerns (time, food, ego-self, etc.) are typically ignored. A flow is completely
focused motivation…It is a single-minded immersion and represents perhaps the ultimate in harnessing the emotions
in the service of performing and learning. In flow the emotions are not just contained and channeled, but positive,
energized, and aligned with the task at hand. To be caught in a depression or the agitation of anxiety is to be barred
from flow. The hallmark of flow is a feeling of spontaneous joy, even rapture, while performing a task. ”
This sense of complete peace of mind in our everyday lives is challenging. However, once you get the feeling it is amazing.
Sports used to give me that “in the zone” feeling. As a teen, drawing and writing “dark poetry” defined pure flow.
Mathematics also was all about the flow. You must completely concentrate and be motivated to get it. Hobbies lead
to the “in the zone” bliss. Of course, spirituality and meditation offer the flow state.
Such flow is beyond blissful contentment or fulfillment. It cannot be programmed, forced or given. It just happens
anytime and anywhere. Today, I am navigating through life adjusting my pace. My flow is within my soul. And I can
feel it. I guess that the flow state is a gift of being in the present. The flow state is to live alive. It requires
confidence, focus and balance. Even our global community is in flow of Oneness, one family, one Earth.
Let’s feel the flow. My last Happy 2011 to you!!!

If i had one prayer to pray for all the people that I loved/love
It would be for them to be happy and find someone that accepts them for the way they want to be.
I do not want them to try to change them or have them have a circumstantial love or a conditioned
love that is not really love. There are alot of people that this prayer goes out to but especially
the fathers. Because they are doing the best they can with what they were taught or what they remember learning.
John , Daniel, I wish for you to have the best relationship and for you to find what YOU want not what others want you to be.
Joe, I hope you find what YOU want in life.
Dave, I hope you find peace.
Scott, I hope you find JOY.
Ken, I hope you find tranquility.
My kids Sara, Davey, Daniel I hope you find someone to love you for YOU because in my eyes you are perfect the way you
are we are never going to be perfect but your damn close...to ME. A mothers love is unconditional and you should find
that and then some in a relationship but please dont look for that too soon we all grow in defferent directions at
different stages and its hard to match up with someone before you realize that your wants and needs change over time
we are never the same person year after year we CAN find our life partner at a young age but rarely because you have
to grow together and if you dont you grow apart So stay true to you and be YOU no one else can ever be that we are
unique masterpieces of GOD. Do not be in a hurry have fun and be careful.I love you all.

if you can not do that maybe you should move on
if all of your personality can not be revealed then its not worth it and if they make you feel uncomfortable ir irritable
in any way for an extended period of time they are not for you and if they criticize you for being you
and if you feel like you can not leave them alone for a second(they may not even be doing anything ) it could be you then
that's not trust and you have to have trust to have love so if these are the case save yourself alot of aggravation and
years and RUN plenty of fish in the sea

my parents are amazing
Within a two year time span my mom & dad lost four people that they loved very much.
1. Her baby sister (my beautiful Aunt Niece taken unexpectedly at age 43 by cancer) in July 2004.
2. Her mother (my wonderful grandmother) passed on 9/11/06.
3. Her stepfather (my wonderful pap pap) passed on 9/28/06.
(with in two weeks of each other)
4. His wonderful mother (passed on late 2005)
They cleaned, cooked, nursed, and drove them all to appointments.
My dad’s dad died in a car crash when my dad was two. (he was only thirty-two years old ) Dad was one of five children
in the home at the time.
He enlisted in the Army at age 17. He served in Vietnam 1968-1972. He has residual effects from the Agent Orange including
diabetes. He has had amputations on both feet. He is having another operation in January. (he has had several) He will be
in the hospital at least a week afterward and bedridden for about six months at home. They will be putting a cage around
his foot to put the toes back in the joints. He jokes and says (what? ….I have five toes!) We say yes, but you have to put
both feet together) They do not let anything get them down.
He got in a wreck in the mid eighties. He was trapped in the car for twenty plus hours, around a tree and over a cliff.
I am still amazed they found him. He had (broken pelvis, collar bone, arm, leg etc). He actually had dirt and tree bark
and blood in his teeth when we arrived at the hospital. Mom took care of dad through the car accident. He is still disabled.
My mother never knew her father either. He and my grandmother divorced when my mother was three or four years old.
She was the oldest of four in the house. I guess that is why she has the best maternal instincts.My mother needs
surgery on her leg. She can not get it due to lack of insurance. She (as well as most of my family, myself included)
has a lot of health problems. She insists on taking care of other people instead of worrying about herself. She has
always been this way.
I moved 300 miles away after high school to N.C. The existing surroundings were not very prosperous.
I can not visit very much. I drive there it is much easier now that the kids are older. It takes about eight hours to get
there. I usually only stay one day, because I have to get back for work. The trip itself is 8 hours and you stay 12-24
hours and drive back 8 hours it is a lot like work, being a referee as well, the whole way. L.O.L.My children have stability
(just as I did) they have been here their whole life moving to help them more isn\'t a practical or realistic possibility
right now. She fixes a huge meal every-time we visit.Mom does not mind last minute notices of my visits.
They always go above and beyond what really nice people would do. They do so much people without regard to themselves at all.
My two brothers and I always had what we needed clothes, shoes, love, attention, food, as well as most of what we wanted.
They never bought themselves anything. They both honestly sacrificed for our happiness.They are also wonderful grandparents.
They have seven grandchildren (three of those are mine).They give them the world as well.
They do not think it is a big deal they think all parents should be like this. Some parents really do not care.
This just comes natural to them. This is who they are, all the time, to everyone, always was, and always will be.
They have huge hearts, and they would give the shirt off of their back.Neither one of my parents have ever had much money
and they appreciate the things that they do have.
They are proud people and would never ask for anything for themselves. As a matter a fact, they would probably be pissed
if they knew I was writing this. They always say they’re doing fine. But they are not very well at all.
They deserve a better life. They can’t work. My dad is on a fixed income (disability) and my mother isn’t, but, needs to
be. After reading this far you know that they are not going to say or ask for anything.
I know they have to be just scraping by. There always seems to be a roadblock in the way of them ever getting ahead, or
even caught up. For example they got their porch “fixed” and a local company butchered that job. It is noticeably uneven.
They may still be paying for that, I am not sure.
The house that they have lived in for thirty + years is falling apart (literally)(probably built hundreds of years ago).
The ceilings are sagging, wiring is old and their electric bill is insane! The floors are very weak, in some spots you
can actually see through it.
My dream for them is a single level house (nearby, or on their property). I would make sure that the bathroom was
accessible for handicap complete with a lot of safety bars. I would get them a computer. That way when I get a computer
and get online we can keep in touch more, web cam so we could see each other more often. Plus with them being confined
to the house for 6 months it will help with boredom. I hope someone hears this cry for help. Their situation is not going
to get any better.
If I could I would give them the surprise of their life.
This is not the first time I have tried to get help for them. I was about 14 I contacted a millionaire Percy Ross
several times. (that used to be in the local paper giving out money) I asked him for an oil furnace but I did not
get a response.
They finally got an oil furnace last year. We always had a coal stove. There are steps to it, it is a very dusty heat
(mom’s the cleanest person I know) so as a result she was always on her feet. I am so thankful they only need to move
a dial now to keep warm.
Please help me show my parents how much the world needs more people like them. Just as they never give up, or turn
anyone away, the world has not given up or turned them away. You always hear about the bad people in life. Well
here are two extremely good ones that deserve some rest, relaxation, and worry free times.
I am contacting you in hopes that some one could help. I just want my parents to have some of the joy that they
give others. I can not stand to see two people, that are so loving and giving, go through all of this and not try
to get someone to help. Please help me give them something, anything.

The mind is a terrible thing to waste!!!! USE IT
YOU have the power of self-sufficiency.
Sometimes people-no matter how much they love you
-can't help you as much as you can help YOURSELF
Do not resent them for this. There are certain places we
must travel alone. However;the ability to lift
your own spirits is a skill that is exhilerating.
Write your worry, fear, stress, sadness and anger down on paper.
Getting these negative thoughts out of YOUR head is the first step TO PERSERVERENCE
RECOGNIZE your own kick-ass COMPLIMENTS THAT YOU HAVE for you.
All you really have to do is say the opposite of what your negative thoughts tell you or ARE! We can change anything
if we try.
if you don't think you can do something look yourself right in the mirror(sober)
and tell yourself that you CAN and WILL do whatever it is you think you cant. it will not happen the first time.
But anyone that knows ME knows i believe reideration is necessary for comprehension
even in the id or subconscience mind.
Look in the mirror and repeat what you WANT to be -or change about you - out loud.
If you repeat it ten times YOU will start to believe it and then so will others
and then it becomes part of YOU
your thoughts and actions WILL follow your words and become reality. Remember
I always say IT is YOUR damn boat here in life ROW it YOUR way talk like a coach to you. we are here on Earth
(which if you know ME you know i belive it is the HARVARD OF THE UNIVERSE SO YOU CAN DO THIS I PROMISE AND I
NEVER PROMISE!!!!!!
Strategy is everything Make it happen. Tell yourself how you're going to win this game of life. Pump yourself
up daily in the mirror. this might sound crazy but it WORKS!!!
Do all those things for yourself DAILY and you will be the person you want to be.
If its alot you want to change or a litlle all you have to do is say over and over
I'm number one! I'm number one. It works I am proof of this.
I used to have self esteem problems.
Believe all of this you say to yourself. You are capable beyond your own comprehension.
The brain is a mighty tool USE IT

Well first of all mean joe green from back in the day used to be my fav.. but now troy palamalu probably spelled
wrong but you know who i mean is totally kick ass he is like an acrabat/football genius,,,,such stamina such passion
and have you seen his speed what more could you want oh yea hes from paradise town hawaii just like our president my
goodness talk about a dream player and he plays for the steelers black and yellow wow troy just in case you ever read
this i named my dog after you his full name is try palamalu but he only gets called troy when he does something wrong
any other time he is malu when hes being sweet when i call him from outside he is palamalu with the lu at the end
extended in a cutesy fashion hes a pain in the ass but i love him anyway!!! lol hes stuborn i wonder if the real troy
is? well he looks nothing like him he is a jack russel and beagle mix and he is hyper and athletic and acrobatic and
tough he will walk right into the table leg and not cry but if you grab him by the neck like his mom would he cries
lol i dont think he is like him in that respect but back to the steelers terry bradshaw all of the old school i cant
think of i used to love to watch them back in the day when my daddy watched them he had the best football partys
i would help serve the sandwiches oh that was the day!!!!!! but even if they lose they are still my fav but i must
say palamalu is my all time fav player on any team!!

MY MOTHER my world thanks mom
Sometimes its hard to remember all that our mothers have done and said and put up with in our lives and still they stay
patient and loving caring and true this is so for all of the mothers i know but i am a little bias when it comes to my
OWN
she is the BEST I love ya MOM you cant read this cause you don't do the internet thing but someday ill get rich and
print it and send it to you
She has not only helped me throughout my life but any KID that came into our house and I LOVE HER FOR THAT she still
helps my kids when she can SHE IS AN AMAZING HUMAN!!!!
Thank you MA for all that you are thank you for all you have done for me and mine and perfect strangers that became
family and friends YOU ARE A TRUE SERVANT FOR THE LORD and because of you i have learned a lot without you having to
SAY a word ....LEAD BY EXAMPLE

A thousand light years away
Sometimes our minds are everywhere at once worrying (which is a total waste of time) but i think we all do it no matter
how faithful we are to HIM
but there is so much to think about and so many different areas we can improve in and so many ways to improve and help
others in the process i have found that if we do the best at everything we put an effort in how can we go wrong so focus
ficus i tell myself and i focus in on the most that i can that day and figure out the rest later
my goal is to be a better person for mankind and spread love and joy throughout the world so that the children will have
an awesome world to look forward to and to reside in with their children
just IMAGINE a world that is peaceful and full of harmony i really think its within our reach if we all try really hard
maybe im a dreamer
but im not the only ONE

One may NEVER know
I may never know the reason of the trials tribulations and circumstances that arose over the last five years or so but
i am learning slowly but surely
i realize some people are put here to learn from and some to mimic and some to do the exact opposite we need to realize
which is which that can be difficult at times but if you pray and listen you will know just another tidbit of the messy
files in my cranium!
Some day i will organize them all and delete others and add to some but for now the dump is where its at (TO ME)

John Helton: where am i at in this mess of files, or am i even in there any more...
.i thank you Gina for everything you done for and with me , i might not be the best at showing my feelings,
but i`m sure you knew i was there, and cared for you , and still do , but some people are just not good enough,,
,,and i`ve not been good enough for a long time now, so after awhile you get tired of tring to be good enough,
and i`m sorry! if you need me i`ll be here,and if you don`t i`ll still be here.you know if you don`t want nothing
else to do with me all you have to do is say your done, and i wont cross your door step anymore.you know i was
going to try and do better, but you didn`t give me a chance to prove myself, which i guess you gave me plenty of
chances, to little to late i guess, and i`m sorry for that.so i guess your right "ONE WILL NEVER KNOW "well take
care and i hope you find who and what your looking for out of this thing we all think is life.

None of us are perfect........so the next time you cast a stone maybe you should think and acknowledge that you are NOT
